INITIAL CONSULTATION: Our studio is open by appointment only. Please Contact us for a free initial consultation to see if we are a good fit.
ESTIMATES: When we have agreed on a custom design you like, we will provide an estimate that is valid for 14 days. After that time period, it is subject to change.
DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT: After you have received an estimate, a 50% deposit is required for us to start the work. Payment can be processed over the phone or online with a credit card. Clients that are able to make it into our shop and pay in person, can also do so via cash, check, or credit. Please note that if you cannot make it into our shop and wish to pay by check, we require 100% payment at the start of the job. Credit card purchases require a 3-7 day holding period before finished goods are shipped.
SALES TAX: Because Everling is based in the state of Washington, state residents will be charged sales tax on all purchased items. Orders shipped outside the state are exempt at this time.
SHIPPING: Shipping is free for orders placed and sent in the continental U.S. Most products ship via USPS Priority Express Mail with a tracking number provided. If you have special shipping instructions, just let us know so we can make sure your jewelry gets to you on time!
MODIFICATIONS AND RETURNS: Contact us within 14 days of receipt if you are not happy with the final product. We will guide you through the process of a modification or remake at that time.
SIZING: Each new piece of jewelry comes with a complementary sizing within the first 90days.
